All financial information that families provide to FACTS will be held in strict confidence and will not be shared with anyone outside of a select committee. Please note there is a $40 fee paid directly to FACTS for this service. This FACTS application will be used for all sources of assistance [St. Francis of Assisi, Go for Catholic Schools, Veritas, and Bishop Kelley’s internal assistance funds].
FACTS has a Spanish Language conversion button in the top right corner of the screen.
The application and all required supporting documents are due by April 15, 2025.
Review and notification will be completed no later than mid-May. Tuition assistance applications and the review process are confidential. Families who complete a FACTS application after April 16th will be awarded assistance based upon availability of funds and demonstrated need.
All Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Tulsa use the same FACTS Grant & Aid application. If you are completing a FACTS application at another school, there is no need to fill out a second. Simply add your BK student on your application, and it will be routed to the school.
Bishop Kelley encourages everyone to submit an application for tuition assistance. Families with a demonstrated financial need likely will receive tuition assistance. Bishop Kelley is committed to working with families to assist with making your child a Comet for life.
Note about the Parental Choice Tax Credit and Bishop Kelley Tuition Assistance:
Please note that families who wish to be considered for tuition assistance from Bishop Kelley for the 2025-26 school year must apply for the Parental Choice Tax Credit and provide proof of their tax credit application and tax credit award on the FACTS tuition assistance application.
