Rolling Admissions Process

Applicants with a completed applicant file, including the application, testing, and all required supporting documents, will be reviewed in the order in which they are received and an admissions decision will be made at that time.

The advantage to a rolling admissions process is that as soon as applicants complete the application process, they will receive an individual admission decision within weeks, as opposed to sending all decisions on a specific day.

Wait List Criteria

Once we have met our student enrollment capacity, accepted applicants will be added to our waiting pool. As spots become available, applicants will be admitted from the waiting pool based on a point system. Each applicant will be awarded a point for each of the criteria below that they meet.

  1. Catholic family supporting a parish
  2. Child of alumni of Bishop Kelley High School
  3. Sibling of a current student at Bishop Kelley High School
  4.  A student coming from a partner school

Applicants with the highest point value will be admitted before students with a lower point value. In the case of a point tie, the student whose applicant file was completed earlier will be admitted first.
