ACT Intensive Review

This Intensive Review includes 12 hours of instruction designed to prepare students for the ACT.  The course includes content review, tips, tricks, and strategies in all subject areas tested on the ACT.  Students will be assigned homework between sessions.  Enrollment will be capped at 25 students.

Cost: $300*  (Registration fee includes book, The Official ACT Prep Guide, and all materials.)

ACT Advanced Math Review

This Advanced Review is a 6 hour instructional course designed for students wanting to improve their math scores on the ACT.  The course is designed for students who have a solid grasp of basic math content and want additional review and practice on more complex math topics tested on the ACT.  Topics will include but are not limited to: functions, matrices, advanced statistics and probability, vectors, conic sections, trigonometry, logarithms, and more.  Students will be assigned homework between sessions.  Enrollment is limited. This class is a great, cost effective alternative to individual tutoring as classes are kept small and accountability is high.

ACT Science Review 

This Science Review is a 2.5 hour instructional course designed for students wanting to improve their science scores on the ACT.  Students will learn tips and tricks to get through the science section faster while improving their accuracy on the test. Additionally, students will learn how to interpret scientific graphs and charts and apply sound reasoning techniques to reading passages on the science test.  Finally, students will practice various types of passages that occur frequently on the test.

SAT Review

This 8 hour instructional course is designed to introduce students to the most common types of questions and content tested on the SAT.  Helping testing tips and strategies specific to the SAT will also be taught.

Cost: $200* (Includes book, 9 Practice Tests for the SAT  published by The Princeton Review, as well as additional notes and handouts.)

All classes will meet at Bishop Kelley High School in the MQP Building (Registrar and Counseling Building). Exact classroom locations will be emailed prior to the first class. 


Mrs. Megan (Schaunaman) Neely (Math/Science)

Megan Neely was a National Merit Scholar in high school and scored a perfect 36 on the Math, Science, and Reading portions of the ACT.  At The University of Oklahoma, she was named the Outstanding Senior Woman in 2004-2005 and has been teaching and tutoring the ACT, SAT, and PSAT ever since.  Since 2007, she has taught over 200 National Merit Finalists, Semifinalists, and Commended Scholars.

Mrs. Charlotte McGuire (ACT Reading/English)

Charlotte McGuire is a Bishop Kelley English teacher with over 15 years of classroom and private tutoring experience teaching the ACT, PSAT, and SAT.  Her average improvement on the English test is 5 points.

Mrs. Katie Abboud (SAT Reading/Writing and Language)

Katie Abboud is a Bishop Kelley English teacher with over 14 years of experience teaching and tutoring the ACT, PSAT, and SAT. Since 2007, she has taught over 200 National Merit Finalists, Semifinalists, and Commended Scholars.

To register for classes by check, please print the paperwork above and mail the registration page with a deposit check to the address on the form.

To pay by credit card or PayPal, go to and click either ACT Prep Classes or SAT Prep Classes . Scroll down past the class information and fill out the online registration form. Click “Submit”. A new screen will pop up telling you your registration was submitted successfully.  Next, scroll down to the payment section. Find the class or classes you need to register for and either click “Pay by PayPal” or click on a credit card icon to pay securely online. You will receive notification when your payment has processed.

Registration will be taken on a first come, first served basis. You will receive an email confirmation when your registration is received. Balances are due at the first class session.
